Where is Payyd as a company operating from?

Payyd Tech Works LLC is a financial technology company with the main HQ in the US with Subsidiary & Support offices in London, UK and operational support in Mumbai, India.

Who can use Payyd app?

Exporters of Goods e.g. tools, shoes, spices etc or Exporters of services e.g. Software Dev agencies, marketing agencies, Influencer marketing services and many more approved businesses. Payyd also provides API integration for websites on a case by case basis. Please email us at [email protected] describing your business.

Is my information safe on Payyd?

Yes, Payyd uses banking grade technology to safeguard all information. We are regulated by GDPR and various other data regulatory bodies and processes.

What countries does Payyd support?

We support Sellers through our mobile app (Android & iOS) that can be downloaded in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia & Singapore We collect payments from buyers across USA, UK, European Union (all 28 countries), Brazil & Philippines. We are working on adding more countries in the near future.

How much does Payyd charge?

Sending Payment Link- No Cost/No Fees Paying via Payment link- Flat Fee between 1% and 1.5% Receiving in USD- No Cost/No Fees Holding funds in the app- No Cost/No Fees Withdrawing Funds- between 1% and 3% (Depending on Country & Amount, Flat only on withdrawal)

How long do funds take to be collected and cleared internationally?

2-3 business days From USA 1- 2 business days from UK & EU 3 business days from Brazil The days sometime vary due to public holidays depending on the client bank and country. Payyd does not dictate these times as these are dictated by local banks and processes.

How long does it take to receive funds into my local account?

Funds available in the Payyd app can be withdrawn within minutes, but if a bank hold is applied, it may take 24 hours or more for the withdrawal to process.

What FX conversion fees does Payyd apply?

No conversion fee and No margin. We are fully transparent and don't take any markup.

Do sellers/buyers need to download the Payyd app?

No, buyers paying via payment links don’t have to download or signup with Payyd.

Can I send a payment link to someone within my country?

No, Payyd payment links work only internationally, meaning the link has to be clicked by the client in the country you have nominated the client to be in. If you try to click the link in the country it will redirect you back.

What is the minimum and maximum limits on payment links?

USD 5 to USD 15,000 and we plan to increase these in the future.

Can my clients pay Payyd through Paypal or Payoneer?

No, Payyd is a stand alone end-to-end service which creates and collects through its own bank-to-bank acquiring model. Payyd currently does not accept cards.
